Position : Sales Manager
Location : Durgapur
Salary : 3.45 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Identify new customers and approach them with the right product information
– Build trust with clients through regular visits and honest communication
– Ensure that your sales pipeline stays active every week
– Report your activity every day to your manager
– Work with your branch team to hit collective targets
– Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation completed from any stream
– Minimum 2+ years of hands-on field sales experience
– Must be based in Durgapur or very nearby – Local candidates only
– Background in any sales-driven industry is acceptable
– Must have good communication and people skills
– Should be comfortable with daily field travel
