Position : Sales Manager
Location : Arambagh
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Go into the field and connect with customers on a daily basis
– Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products
– Keep building new leads while maintaining existing customers
– Submit regular reports and maintain records properly
– Strive to meet and exceed your monthly sales target
– Participate in team meetings and share your learnings

Candidate Profile :
– Must have completed Graduation
– 2+ years of field sales experience in any industry
– Must be from Arambagh or very close to the location – Non-negotiable
– Prior work in FMCG, telecom, pharma, banking or similar fields preferred
– Ability to work independently without constant supervision
– Strong drive to earn and grow
