A known company is expanding its sales team in Jalpaiguri. We need Area Sales Manager  who are from the area, know the local market, and have experience dealing with customers face to face.

Position : Area Sales Manager
Location : Jalpaiguri – WB
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Performance Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Travel within Jalpaiguri to meet customers and generate business
– Promote products in a simple and clear manner to all types of customers
– Follow up on every lead you generate until it converts
– Ensure all sales records and reports are updated daily
– Hit monthly targets and work towards quarterly goals
– Be a reliable and active member of your local sales team

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate from any background
– 2 years or more of experience in field sales role
– Must be a local candidate residing in Jalpaiguri – Strictly required
– Any field sales industry background is fine
– Good command over Bengali or Hindi
– Someone who is consistent, not just occasionally motivated
