Position : Sales Officer – Team Leader
Location : Ghatal – WB
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Go to the field every day and build new customer relationships
– Identify people who need our products and approach them correctly
– Handle the complete sales process from first contact to final closure
– Keep updating your manager with daily activity reports
– Achieve your individual monthly target without fail
– Help new team members when needed

Candidate Profile :
– Should be a Graduate from any recognized college
– Must have at least 2 years of field sales experience
– Must be a resident of Ghatal or surrounding area – This is mandatory
– Industry background in any sales field is acceptable
– Good listener and strong communicator
– Willing to work hard for results
