Job Description

We have an open position in Panagarh for a Sales Promoter – Field Sales  . We want someone who already has field sales experience and is looking for a company that actually values their work.

Position : Sales Promoter – Field Sales
Location : Panagarh – WB
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Meet customers in the field and build genuine relationships
– Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-up
– Work on expanding your customer network every week
– Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports
– Own your monthly target and push to beat it
– Coordinate with the team and share feedback from the field

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate in any discipline
– Minimum 2 years of experience in any field sales role
– Must be based in Panagarh or immediate surroundings – Mandatory
– Open to all sales backgrounds – pharma, FMCG, finance, real estate etc.
– High energy and customer-first approach
– Can work independently and take ownership
