Associate Area Business Manager
Job Description
We are hiring an Associate Area Business Manager to drive business growth through the agency channel by developing a strong advisor network and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors
- Drive business through field sales and local market activities
- Generate quality leads and ensure conversion
- Support advisors in client meetings and policy closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
- Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
