Area Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing a strong advisor network and managing field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors in the assigned area
• Drive sales through field visits and local activities
• Generate leads and convert them into business
• Support advisors during client meetings
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years in sales
• Good communication and presentation skills
