Job Description
We are hiring a highly driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Agency Channel business. The role focuses on building a strong advisor network, driving field sales, and achieving business targets through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency distribution network in the assigned territory
- Identify, recruit, and onboard quality insurance advisors
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to advisors
- Drive business through advisors by supporting them in client meetings and closures
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team productivity and market coverage
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers for long-term business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (Insurance/Banking/Finance preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
