We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to strengthen our Agency Channel by building a high-performing advisor team and driving consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential advisors to expand business reach
- Provide product training and sales support to advisors
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Assist advisors in customer meetings and policy closures
- Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and advisors
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is compulsory
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
