Salary : 3.45 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Visit potential customers in your local area every single working day
– Build your own lead pipeline through personal networking and referrals
– Present products in simple and clear language that customers understand
– Follow up with every prospect consistently until a decision is made
– Maintain your daily activity report and submit it to your manager on time
– Take complete ownership of your monthly sales target and deliver

Candidate Profile :
– Must be a Graduate from any stream
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any industry
– Must be from Lalpur or Ranchi area – Local candidates only, mandatory
– Any sales sector background is welcome
– Good Hindi communication skills
– Self-motivated, disciplined and result-driven
