Position : Senior Area Sales Manager

Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Hit the field every morning and reach out to new customers daily
– Self-generate all leads through networking, referrals and cold visits
– Build real relationships with customers that lead to long-term business
– Follow up with every prospect professionally and persistently
– Submit daily activity and conversion reports accurately to manager
– Work hard every month and achieve your assigned sales number

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate from any stream
– 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing
– Must belong to Dhanbad or be staying there – Mandatory requirement
– Open to all sales industry backgrounds
– Strong spoken Hindi skills
– Never-give-up attitude with a focus on results
