Salary : 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Cover your local territory every day through active field visits
– Generate leads on your own through local contacts and cold outreach
– Explain products clearly to every customer and build their confidence
– Maintain systematic follow-up with all prospects in your pipeline
– Submit your daily report without delay every single working day
– Own your monthly target completely and push to achieve it

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation from any college
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Must be from Giridih or currently residing there – Non-negotiable
– All sales backgrounds welcomed
– Good Hindi communication skills
– Proactive, self-driven and accountable
