We are expanding into Dumka and need a Sales Promoter – Field Sales who knows this market well. A fresh opportunity for a local sales professional who wants to grow with a reputed company.

Position : Sales Promoter – Field Sales
Location : Dumka
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Do daily field visits across Dumka and identify new business opportunities
– Build your customer network from zero through hard work and persistence
– Communicate product value clearly and earn customer trust in every meeting
– Follow up on every lead you generate and convert them within your cycle
– Maintain proper daily records and submit activity report to manager
– Commit fully to your monthly target and deliver without excuses

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate from any stream
– 2 or more years of experience in field sales
– Must be from Dumka or nearby Santhal Pargana region – Mandatory
– All industry backgrounds in sales are accepted
– Local language and Hindi communication skills required
– Determined, sincere and target-focused
