Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven professional for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM).
Job Role
- Generate business through field sales activities
- Recruit and manage a team for business development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings and market visits regularly
- Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates

- Proven experience in field sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

- Good understanding of the local market
Candidate Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Field Sales
- Graduation is compulsory
