Business Development Manager 

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven professional for the position of Business    Development Manager (BDM).

Job Role

  • Generate business through field sales activities
  • Recruit and manage a team for business development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities in the local market
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings and market visits regularly
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

  • Good understanding of the local market

Candidate Criteria:
