Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Unit Sales Manage to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents while achieving business targets through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents

* Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals

* Generate business through the advisor team

* Build strong relationships with customers and agents

* Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales

* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

* Monitor team performance and productivity

* Maintain sales reports and documentation

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree mendatory

* 2+ years experience in field sales

*Candidate must be local
