⦁ Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Recruit and manage a team of advisors / agents
⦁ Generate business through field sales activities
⦁ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
⦁ Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
⦁ Train and motivate team members for better performance
⦁ Conduct market visits and lead generation activities
⦁ Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency
Requirements:
⦁ Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales
⦁ Strong communication and leadership skills
⦁ Good network and local market knowledge
⦁ Graduation is mandatory
⦁ Must be a local candidate
