Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents while achieving business targets through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard agents
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
Generate business through the advisor team
Build strong relationships with customers and agents
Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain sales reports and documentation

Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree mendatory
2+ years experience in field sales
Candidate must be local
CTC 3.15 LPA
