Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors from the local market.
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to improve productivity.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
• Expand market reach through effective sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or related industries.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
