We are hiring an Sales Development Executive for the Agency Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting insurance agents, guiding them, and helping them achieve sales targets. The role includes team handling, business development, and maintaining good relationships with agents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop insurance agents
• Motivate and support agents to generate business
• Help the team achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct meetings and training for agents
• Build good relationships with customers and advisors
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance
• Support agents in closing sales and handling client queries
