Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

– Assemble and oversee an advisory team

– Provide product and technique training to the team.

– Control agents’ and team leaders’ performance and productivity

– Complete sales based on leads that team members have created.

– Create MIS reports and oversee the procurement and use of databases

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
