Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings and Current Accounts (CASA).
• Promote banking products including Insurance, Loans, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, and other financial services.
• Generate business through field visits, customer referrals, and lead generation.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Recommend suitable banking solutions based on customer requirements.
• Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales activities.
