Job Description

We’re looking for someone to sell our bank accounts. Your job is to find new customers, explain our accounts, and make sure they’re happy. If you like talking to people and want to help us grow, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities :

– Find new customers by making calls, attending events, or even knocking on doors.
– Build good relationships with customers so they stick around.
– Talk to customers to figure out what they want from a bank account.
– Recommend the right account for each customer.
– Explain our accounts in a simple way so customers understand.
– Help customers open their accounts and fill out any forms they need.
– Work with other teams to share what customers like and want.
– Hit sales targets each month.

Qualifications :

– A degree in business, finance, or similar.
– Some experience in sales, especially in banking.
– Good at talking to people and convincing them.
– Can work alone or in a team.
– Knows a bit about banking.
