Job Description
As a Casa Sales Officer, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell our Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) products to potential customers. You’ll engage with individuals and businesses, educate them about our CASA offerings, and encourage them to open accounts with us.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Acquisition:
– Actively seek out potential customers who may benefit from our CASA products.
– Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending events to generate leads.
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation
– Develop a deep understanding of our CASA products, including their features, benefits, and suitability for different customer segments.
– Present our CASA products to prospective customers in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
3. Relationship Building:
– Build strong relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence.
– Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate CASA solutions to meet those needs.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
– Meet or exceed sales targets for CASA account openings.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies when opening CASA accounts.
– Collect and maintain accurate customer information and documentation for account opening processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
– Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Ability to understand and explain financial products effectively.
– Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
