Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to support the smooth operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day banking activities, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. With a focus on improving branch performance and delivering banking solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping the branch achieve its goals. If you have 1-3 years of experience in banking and leadership skills, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
  2. Supervise and support staff in their daily responsibilities and provide guidance.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide financial advice.
  4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  5. Assist with the implementation of branch goals and business development strategies.
  6. Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
  7. Monitor branch performance and assist in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (mandatory).
  2. 1-3 years of banking or financial services experience (preferred).
  3. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Age between 21-32 years.
