Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to support the smooth operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day banking activities, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. With a focus on improving branch performance and delivering banking solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping the branch achieve its goals. If you have 1-3 years of experience in banking and leadership skills, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Supervise and support staff in their daily responsibilities and provide guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide financial advice.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with the implementation of branch goals and business development strategies.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
- Monitor branch performance and assist in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (mandatory).
- 1-3 years of banking or financial services experience (preferred).
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Age between 21-32 years.
