We are seeking motivated Assistant Manager to drive the bank’s customer acquisition efforts. This role focuses on offering banking products, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service in your local market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, and other retail banking products.
- Drive sales by promoting loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
- Leverage local market knowledge to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities align with banking policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry (banking/finance preferred).
- Location: Local candidates familiar with the regional market are required.
