Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and support team growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a keen understanding of the market, and the capability to motivate a team toward achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales officers or executives.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships.

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to develop new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or team management roles, preferably in BFSI or related industries.
- Age: 21 to 32 years preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and motivate a team.
- Local market knowledge and connections are a must.
