Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

The Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting bank products. They will focus on meeting sales targets, cross-selling banking services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Opening current account and saving account
• Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding their financial needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cross-sell banking products including accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in any BFSI or other sales
• Must have a bike
• Proven sales and customer relationship management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
