Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Banking Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products, including CASA (Current & Savings Accounts). This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and promote CASA and other banking products.
• Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Local candidates preferred (Age: 21-32 years).
