A Sales Officer in a bank plays a critical role in generating revenue for the bank by selling banking and financial products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Attract new clients for savings and current accounts using various strategies.
- Open Accounts: Open savings and current accounts while highlighting their benefits to clients.
- Cross-Selling: Cross-sell banking products, particularly loans, based on client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide support.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to the bank’s growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 months to 1 year (Newcomers welcome).
- Transportation: Must have a bike.
- Skills: Good communication skills.
