Job Description

A Sales Officer in a bank plays a critical role in generating revenue for the bank by selling banking and financial products to customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Attract new clients for savings and current accounts using various strategies.
  • Open Accounts: Open savings and current accounts while highlighting their benefits to clients.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell banking products, particularly loans, based on client needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide support.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to the bank’s growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 3 months to 1 year (Newcomers welcome).
  • Transportation: Must have a bike.
  • Skills: Good communication skills.
