Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Bank Acquisition Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of new business clients. As an entry-level professional, you will focus on acquiring new customers and expanding the bank’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire New Clients: Identify and target potential clients for banking products (loans, credit accounts, savings).
- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and sales channels.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships and present customized banking solutions to prospects.
- Meet Targets: Achieve sales goals by converting leads into clients.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Age: 21-32 years. - Education: Graduation is mandatory (any discipline; preference for Business, Marketing, or Finance).
- Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
- Knowledge of banking products is a plus.
- Local Knowledge: Preferably local candidates with an understanding of the area.
