India’s Leading Banks are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing Retail Liability Banking team as Assistant ManagerIn this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets for a variety of retail liability products, including savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, and credit cards.
Prospect for new customers, both within the branch and through external channels.
Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis to recommend the most suitable products and services.
Clearly explain product features and benefits, ensuring customer understanding.
Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Participate in product training programs and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI domain.
Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment.
