Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
– Identify and acquire new retail banking customers through outreach efforts.
– Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and cross-selling opportunities.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
– Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings.

Job Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Strong understanding of Casa Sales, Current Account, Retail Banking, Casa Acquisition, Fixed Deposits, Current, Liabilities, RM, Acquisition, Saving Account, Casa Sales Officer, FD.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
