Role Summary:
The Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for acquiring and managing customer relationships while promoting banking products and services. This role includes achieving business targets through proactive client engagement and tailored financial solutions.
Key Duties:
- Promote and sell banking products like accounts, loans, and investment services.
- Build strong customer relationships through client visits and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Understand client financial goals and suggest relevant banking products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 22 to 32 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
- Preferred: Local candidates with good market insight.
