We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers by leveraging local market knowledge.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and keep track of sales performance.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in sales (preferably BFSI or similar industries).
• Age: 21 to 32 years.
• Education: Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
