Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports to track progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales efficiently.
• Age: 21-32 years; must be a local resident familiar with the local market.
