Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service while driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for banking products (savings accounts, current accounts, loans, etc.).
- Promote and cross-sell additional financial products like credit cards and insurance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (BFSI sector preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
