Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s success. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a good understanding of the local market.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Local resident with a good understanding of the local market dynamics.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
