Job Overview:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for growing the company’s customer base and driving product sales. This role involves meeting sales objectives, delivering personalized solutions, and fostering long-term customer relationships in a competitive market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential customers through direct engagement and referrals.
- Promote and sell financial solutions, such as accounts, loans, and investment plans.
- Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a sales role, preferably in BFSI.
- Age: 22–32 years.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
