Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Sales Manager to supplement our expanding group.

Responsibilities:

• Self-sourcing current and savings accounts in the open market;
• Goals for sales should be set, compared to performance, and modified as necessary.
• Measure and observe each person’s performance,making any necessary correction suggestions.
• Resolving concerns and questions from clients

  Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 100% field work, excellent communication
• presentation, and organizational abilities
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Strong customer service and follow-through skills
• The capacity to learn and adapt are the requirements.
