– Manage daily operations of our Current Account and Savings Account services.
– Develop strategies to attract and retain CASA deposits.
– Support and guide our team to provide excellent customer service.
– Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
– Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and drive business growth.
Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
– Experience in banking, preferably with knowledge of CASA products.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to achieve goals and improve efficiency.
