Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Success Executive to drive banking product sales by building strong client relationships and providing personalized financial solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new customers for banking products (accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.).
- Build trust-based relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Educate clients on financial products and guide them in decision-making.
- Achieve sales targets through referrals and market outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in BFSI sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Other: Must be a local candidate with market knowledge.
