CASA refers to the combination of a bank’s current and savings accounts, which are considered low-cost deposits for the bank. These accounts are crucial for a bank’s operations because they provide a stable source of funds.
Responsibilities:
-Client Acquisition: Attract new clients for savings and current accounts using various strategies.
-Open Accounts: Open savings and current accounts while highlighting their benefits to clients.
-Cross-Selling: Cross-sell banking products, particularly loans, based on client needs.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide s- upport.
-Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to the bank’s growth.
Requirements:
-Education: Graduate in any discipline.
-Experience: 1 year to 5 year (Newcomers welcome).
-Transportation: Must have a bike.
-Skills: Good communication skills.
