Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive sales and customer acquisition for banking products. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking solutions while ensuring excellent service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
- Develop strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and effective pitching.
- Assist customers with onboarding, documentation, and product-related queries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any field (Commerce/Banking/Finance preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in BFSI sales (Banking, NBFC, or Insurance preferred).
- Age: 21-32 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer engagement, and sales negotiation skills.
