Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Branch Sales Officer to drive sales and promote banking products within the branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Products: Sell banking products like savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Customer Acquisition: Generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet monthly sales targets and branch goals.
  • Cross-Sell: Recommend additional products based on customer needs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer queries and provide financial solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure sales activities align with banking regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Freshers to 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Age: 21-27 years.
  • Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Local Knowledge: Preferably local candidates with knowledge of the area and its customer base.
