Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate salary accounts, ensuring smooth salary processing, and driving sales of banking products to corporate employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate salary account relationships.
- Ensure seamless salary credit processing and employee onboarding.
- Cross-sell banking products like loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Build strong relationships with corporate HR and finance teams.
- Conduct corporate engagement and promotional activities.
- Meet business targets and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of BFSI sales or corporate salary account experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and payroll processes.
