Job Description

As a Banking Sales Officer, your job is to talk to customers, understand what they need from the bank, and suggest the right products. You’ll help them with things like opening accounts or getting loans. Your goal is to make customers happy and meet our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Talk to customers and find out what they need.
Explain bank products in simple terms.
Help customers apply for products like accounts or loans.
Follow up with customers to make sure they’re happy.
Learn about our products and rules.
Try to meet our sales goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s must compulsory.
Some sales experience is good.
Friendly and good at talking to people.
Can work alone or with a team.
