Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for salary accounts, ensuring smooth payroll processing, and driving the sale of banking products to corporate employees. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate HR teams and contributing to the business growth through effective account management and cross-selling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for salary account services.
- Ensure seamless payroll processing and timely salary credits for employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR and finance teams.
- Cross-sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2-3 years in corporate sales or corporate salary account management (BFSI preferred).
- Age required 21 to 36.
- Ability to understand corporate needs and provide effective solutions.
- Knowledge of banking products, payroll systems, and regulatory compliance.
