Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for salary accounts, ensuring efficient salary processing, and driving business growth through cross-selling financial products. This role requires strong relationship management and sales skills to engage with corporate HR and finance teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for salary accounts.
- Ensure smooth salary credit processing and seamless onboarding of employees.
- Cross-sell banking products like loans, credit cards, and insurance to corporate employees.
- Collaborate with corporate HR and finance teams for employee engagement programs.
- Conduct promotional campaigns to enhance product penetration.
- Achieve assigned targets for new accounts and revenue generation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or corporate salary account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and payroll processes.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
