The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring corporate clients, managing salary accounts, and ensuring seamless payroll processing while driving cross-sell opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate salary account relationships.
- Ensure smooth salary processing and employee onboarding.
- Cross-sell banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Build strong ties with corporate HR and finance teams.
- Conduct promotional campaigns to boost account penetration.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or corporate salary account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and payroll processes.
