Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager plays a critical role in acquiring and managing corporate clients, providing comprehensive salary account services, and promoting banking products to corporate employees. This position requires building strong partnerships with corporate clients, ensuring efficient payroll management, and driving sales growth by offering personalized financial solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients for salary account services.
- Facilitate seamless payroll integration and ensure accurate salary disbursement for corporate employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including HR and finance teams.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, and credit cards to corporate employees.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to engage employees with the bank’s financial offerings.
- Track and meet sales targets for corporate accounts, contributing to overall business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and banking policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Age: 21 to 36 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
- Experience: 2-3 years in corporate sales or corporate salary management (BFSI experience preferred).
